Our simple and straightforward process ensures you receive the right treatment tailored to your health needs. Follow the steps below to understand what to expect once you submit your initial request:

New Patient Form

Start with our new patient paperwork. After you fill this out and submit it, a provider will review it for free.

Provider Email Response

You should receive an email response from the provider in 1-3 days. The provider will either:

  • Tell you that your are a good candidate and for which medication
  • Ask you for additional information about your health condition or goals
  • Request a phone call with you to discuss your health history.

Secure Payment Process

If you are a candidate for one of our weight loss drugs, you will be provided in a separate email, with an invoice. You can safely and securely pay for your medication using a credit card or through an ACH payment.

Prescription Delivery Timeline

Once payment is received your prescription will be sent by our provider to our trusted partner compound pharmacy. You will typically receive your medication within 7-10 days.

Things To Keep In Mind

These medications are shipped either on ice or frozen. They must be immediately refrigerated upon receipt to maintain efficacy.

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are injectable medications. Click here for detailed instructions on how to properly and safely administer them.

Although there are oral formulations available, Desert Dawn is currently not offering these.
